A Ten-Way Tie at the Top

Here's the odd part about this board: it's not about who sits at #1, it's that spots one through ten are nearly impossible to tell apart. Bedspace Management, Unifi QRify, バナープロ - 電光掲示板アプリ, AudioEngineerToolkit, and the rest of the current top ten all list the exact same minimum requirement: 26.5. That's not a typo showing up ten times in a row. It's simply how the board resolves ties when a developer sets a minimum iOS version well beyond anything Apple has actually shipped. Could be a build target, could be a beta SDK, could just be a metadata mistake. Whatever the cause, you end up with a flat plateau at the top instead of a genuine ranking.

Once you're up at that level, rank barely means anything. Whatever splits #1 from #10 has nothing to do with a version number; it comes down to some tiebreaker the board falls back on, maybe first seen, maybe alphabetical order, maybe last updated. If there's a real difference between these apps, you're not going to find it near the top. You'll find it much further down, past the top 100, where developers are targeting iOS versions that actually exist on phones people carry around.

One Developer, Three Seats

Look past the tie and a pattern shows up fast: Nazim Nadeem holds three of the ten spots with Bedspace Management, Unifi QRify, and Unifi Mini ERP. That's a lot of concentration for one developer account on a board pulled from roughly 234,000 candidate apps. Maybe these are small business tools all built against the same aggressive baseline. Or maybe this developer just sets the minimum version the same way across everything he ships.

The rest of the top ten reads less like a category and more like a grab bag: Movie Link, a QR utility, a Japanese LED sign display app, an audio engineering toolkit, a drum pad, and a home emergency mapping tool. No shared genre, no shared audience, just a number in the metadata tying them together. FBDX Audio, built by a single independent developer, lands at #9 right next to that same 26.5, sitting alongside apps from small studios, and that says something on its own: this board rewards a declared value, not scale or polish.

A Crown That Doesn't Sit Still

With this many apps tied at the ceiling, the #1 spot keeps changing hands. The crown has flipped 14 times over the tracked period, and the most recent handoff, from Unifi QRify to Bedspace Management, happened this past August. Unifi QRify only held the top spot for 1 day before Bedspace Management took it back, which says a lot about what "first place" actually means inside a dead-even tie. It's less a title anyone truly holds and more a coin that lands on a different app each time it's flipped.

Zoom out and one name keeps popping up: Yuriy Abramov appears 7 times in the top 100, even though none of his apps make the top ten shown here. That's the real outlier on this board. Not one app breaking the tie, but a developer with enough of a footprint at the 26.5 ceiling to show up seven separate times without ever grabbing the crown.
