Sentiment lands at 0.23, mixed and holding steady, with people griping about the app lagging and freezing right alongside others praising how easy it makes shopping from the couch.

So the biggest 4+ app in the country is also one people can't quite stop grumbling about. That contrast, huge scale paired with only middling satisfaction, kind of sums up what's happening at the top of this chart.

Google's quiet repeat, and the keyboard that breaks the pattern

Google turns up 7 times in the top 100, more than any other developer on this list, though only Google Drive at #11 and Google Maps at #14 actually break into the visible top fifteen. Seven different apps under the same name says something: Google is shipping standalone products across the board rather than betting on one app to carry the brand.
