Minecraft: Play with Friends! by Mojang has piled up 834.9K ratings, more than double whatever sits in the #2 slot. That's not a typo. Do the math and it comes out to 27.6 times the median rating count for the entire top 100, the kind of gap that would look wrong on nearly any other board. Bloons TD 6, the runner up from Ninja Kiwi, sits at 346.7K, a genuinely big number that still shrinks fast once you put it next to Mojang's.

This isn't close. It never has been.

Minecraft: Play with Friends! has sat at #1 for every single one of the 45 days we've been tracking this board. Its 387 reviews skew positive, with a sentiment score of 0.75, and reviewers keep circling back to the creative, open ended gameplay. Still, bugs and performance issues show up often enough to count as a real pattern, right alongside mentions of multiplayer and updates. For a paid game pulling in ratings at this volume, that's worth flagging rather than waving off just because people like building things in it.

Where the Pattern Breaks

Set Mojang's game aside and the rest of the top ten looks like a fairly ordinary leaderboard: Bloons TD 6, then TurboScan™ Pro: PDF scanner from Piksoft Inc. at 296.1K, then Heads Up! from Warner Bros. at 294.1K, then Geometry Dash from RobTop Games AB at 271.4K. TurboScan is the odd one out. Marmalade Game Studio appears four times in the top 100, more than any other developer can claim this high up the list. Its strongest entry, MONOPOLY: The Board Game, holds #6 with 185.1K. From there the numbers keep sliding: Solitaire by MobilityWare at 138.1K, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas at 114.8K, all the way down to #100 at 16.3K. From top to bottom, that decline is steep enough to drag most of the list into a long, thin tail.

The One Time the Crown Moved

The #1 spot has only changed hands one time in the whole tracking period, passing from TurboScan™ Pro: PDF scanner to Minecraft: Play with Friends! back in June 2026. Everything else in the top ten has barely shifted since, averaging just 0.3 places of movement across the window, about as motionless as a leaderboard gets.
